We stand behind everything we make. We want you to love your bag and appreciate the details and simple versatility. These pieces can take you from urban centers to well worn trails, all while carrying your everday essentials with style. At Haiku, we share a love of nature, a desire to be present in the moment. We work to create beautiful, simple, meaningful products that inspire you to live bright and carry nature with you.
If one of our products fails to satisfy you at the time you receive it, simply return it to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund. If your bag is less than one year old and we can't repair it, we'll replace it. If it's our fault, it's on us.
Please note that we can only guarantee bags purchased through authorized Haiku dealers.
We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered. If that is the case, here is the lowdown on what to do:
- Your return must be received by Haiku within 14 days from when you first received the shipment.
- Returns must be unused with tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on any sale merchandise.
If you do need to make a return, you will need to contact us and we will send you an RA (Returns Authorization) number. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns without this RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Thank you!
If you received your Haiku bag as a gift, please do not return it before contacting us first. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 417.459.4259 x 118 for details on how to do so.
Detailed instructions to send back your return can be found on the back of the pack slip included in your order. If you have misplaced your pack slip, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com or give us a call at 417.459.4259 x 118 to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization.
