We want you to love your bag. If one of our products fails to satisfy you at the time you receive it, simply return
to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund. If your bag is less than one year old and we can't repair it, we'll
replace it. If it's our fault, it's on us. We want to hear from you ... contact us.
We can only guarantee bags sold by authorized Haiku dealers.
We realize that on occasion, you might change your mind about a bag you have ordered.
Here's the lowdown:
• Your return must be received by Haiku within 14 days from when you first received the shipment.
• Returns must be unused with tags attached and be in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns on any sale merchandise. Please be sure before you click Buy.
If you do need to make a return, you will need to contact us and we will send you an RA (Returns Authorization) number.
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns without this number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
